Fair play and virtual currencies

Points
- Points are earned only by playing: solving new puzzles, the daily puzzle bonus, achievements, winning Versus races, and promo codes from official events.
- Points cannot be bought with real money, transferred to other players, or exchanged for cash or prizes.
- In Versus, players may stake points they earned. Wagers are held by the game until the race ends and are refunded automatically if a race is cancelled.
Gems
- Gems can be bought with real money or earned from some achievements.
- Gems unlock cosmetics (fonts, frames, effects, name colors, titles) and single-player extras like hint packs.
- Gems can never be wagered or used in Versus, and nothing you buy changes how a race is scored.
- Gems have no cash value and can't be traded. See Refunds for unspent gems.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards show your player name and the stat being ranked, never your email. Only players who chose a player name appear.
What counts as cheating
- Using a solver program, bot or script to play, especially in Versus.
- Running several accounts to collect bonuses or to feed points to one account.
- Exploiting a bug for points or gems instead of reporting it.
- Sharing the daily puzzle's solution to inflate others' streaks or rankings.
Community rules
- Player names must not be offensive, impersonate someone, or advertise.
- Be respectful in support messages and anywhere you talk about other players.
How we enforce it
The server checks every solve and race result, and unusually fast or suspicious activity is flagged for review by a person. Depending on what happened, we may remove points earned unfairly, reset a leaderboard entry, suspend Versus access, or close an account. Sponsors and advertisers can never change scores, results or rankings.
Report a problem
Use Help & support at the bottom of the game. Tell us the player name and what happened. We review every report.
