Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or playing Sudoku Ultimate+ (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and only a parent or guardian may make purchases for you.

3. Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive, and cannot be changed after they are set. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

4. Points and Gems

• Points are earned only by playing (solving puzzles, winning matches, bonuses and promotions). Points cannot be purchased, sold, transferred outside of gameplay, or exchanged for money or anything of monetary value.
• Gems may be purchased with real money and can be used only for cosmetic items and single-player extras in the store. Gems cannot be wagered, converted into Points, transferred, or exchanged for money.
• Points and Gems are a limited license to use features of the Service, not property. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or prizes.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors, outages, fraud or abuse, and we keep a record of every balance change.

5. Versus matches

In Versus, players may put earned Points into a shared pot; the first player to correctly complete the puzzle receives the pot. Outcomes are decided by skill and are determined solely by our servers. The match rules shown in the game (including mistakes, disconnects, forfeits and refunds) are part of these Terms. Points used in Versus have no cash value.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or solvers during Versus, exploit bugs, manipulate requests, create multiple accounts to gain an advantage, or harass other players. We may void match results, reverse balance changes, and suspend or ban accounts involved in cheating or abuse.

7. Purchases

Purchases are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Availability and changes

The Service may change, be paused for maintenance, or be discontinued. We may change these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
